  Good project manager, attention to detail

  I had a leaking roof so I got five quotes. Only two of them went on the roof, and of the two Craig was the more professional so I hired him. When he started removing the roof tiles it became clear that a more thorough renovation was needed, so we agreed to replace the roof but retain the original tiles. Throughout the project he kept me up to date with photographs and his team was professional and polite. It went very smoothly - he is a highly competent project manager and tradesman.

  Fitting radiator valves and giving advice on a NEST thermostat

  Luke was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in terms that I could understand, rather than using technical jargon. He and his colleague were both very friendly and positive and gave off professional vibes. They responded quickly to my initial query, turned up on the agreed day and carried out their work very efficiently.
