  Correcting wiring to a boiler which then uncovered faulty wiring and out of date fire alarm

  Mark was polite and took time to fully understand an issue identified by a plumber who installed my boiler which spiralled into a bigger issue. He explained everything as he went along and most importantly was talking about regulation linked to the rewiring which would have to be followed as well as the necessry certification. I am a teacher and single mum and Mark plus his PA were very tolerant of my limited availability and adapted. We got there in the end and I am very grateful to have Mark's experience and diligence to make my home safe.

  I am really happy with Donatas's work. He was punctual, gave clear timerames when asked and also highlighted an issue with electrics linked to my boiler which hadn't been raised before. I also called him for a blocked sink and he has identified a problem with the way the pipes are and will be back to correct them to reduce the risk of flooding with my waste pipe. I will be using him again and also happy to recommend him!
