  Upgraded fuseboard, 2x EICR and replaced thermostat

  Dan did an excellent job upgrading the fuse box, completing two electrical safety reports, and replacing a programmable thermostat. He responded quickly, gave a good-value quote, and kept me updated throughout. He also found a small electrical fault, explained the cost clearly, and fixed it for a very reasonable price. The work looks great, my tenants are happy, and I’m very pleased with the service. Highly recommend Dan and would use him again.

  Disabling a faulty/beeping house alarm

  Very prompt response, very polite and helpful, provided an estimate and lead time options, was able to fix same day and all resolved. A fair and reasonable price especially considering the issue was solved the same day as the job was raised on checkatrade.

  Boiler gas safety certificate.

  Professional service, Matt provided a gas safety certificate for my gas boiler. Very pleased with the work, completed timely and at a good price. I will be looking to use him later in the year for a boiler replacement.
