  Reliable, Straight-forward, Easy Working with them. Excellent Result

  Plumbbob did any excellent job. To see the result in terms of the extensive new pipework testifies to their skill and lengthy time in the trade - it's neat and working well. Their advice as to 'how' before the work, proved to be the best option – they were right. Further, they both stuck to their schedule over 3 days, and finished the job in an efficient and timely manner. I am left with a sense that I have been in good hands, and that I can certainly depend on them in the future. Communications both by phone, and email were always helpful, and desiring to solve and please.

  New Boiler System/Tanks/Piping

  Motivated to do a good job for its own sake, professional and competent, no cutting of corners. Can be left to carry out the work without worry, but yet very ready to discuss and explain as he works so that the customer understands the issues and can input. Reverts back to the customer as issues arise. Presents a well laid-out detailed quote for the layman, and sticks to it. Ryan advised well, as I now more fully appreciate. Comments have been made about time-keeping by others, yet working for himself he managed his other calls well and certainly kept to schedule overall each day. Excellent.
