  Very impressed with General Building and Maintenance - from start to finish they were fantastic. The guys showed up on time every day, were really friendly and communicative, stuck to the quote and even tidied up before they left. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be using them again in the future!

  From beginning to end, Our residential condo has relied on Cawleys Roofing for two emergency jobs. Both times, the team was incredibly professional. They answered questions from our contractors and unit owners, coordinated cost and quotes efficiently, and explained everything we needed to know about our job. Two leaky roofs have been secured quickly and impeccably thanks to this crew. I could not recommend them highly enough. Provided a timely and reasonable quote, had a good follow-up with scheduling and communication. The crew was hard working and very professional.
