  Luke did great work changing out some radiators for towel rails and changing a shower bar. Very professional, technically competent and all left clean and tidy ensuring the outcome was achieved for us

  John was experienced at installing benches and understand the style I wanted to have. He included lifting seats so we could use storage underneath and a space for an electrical flex so we could still use the electrical socket. We have been very pleased with this work.

  Martin did a good quality job of tiling our kitchen with 3 different coloured tiles in an ad hoc pattern. We were very pleased with the outcome. He was polite, reliable and tidy. He had a mate with him which hadn’t been mentioned prior to starting the work. Worth clearly agreeing and writing down the work to be carried out. In our case the misunderstanding was amicably agreed so no major issue.

  Wet room redone including floor tiling

  Ball park quote provided by text but not followed up by email with detailed breakdown as promised. Toilet disconnected before he realised supplier had sent the wrong one - no toilet overnight. Refused to place orders with suppliers to ensure right products ordered even though advanced payment was offered. Silicone marks left all over one of our doors. Rough but not thorough cleaning in immediate area.
