  We hired this roofing company and in particular Alfie after doing some independent research. His pricing was very fair and from the outset he took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. What stood out most was how pragmatic he was. Instead of immediately suggesting a full roof replacement, he offered a sensible, long-term solution that addressed the the problem without unnecessary extra cost. Throughout the job he kept us fully updated and made sure we were happy before completing the work. He was friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with.
