  Chimney stack removal

  We recently had a chimney stack removed that had been holding up our internal renovation. Jay worked incredibly hard, kept everything on schedule, and left the site spotless each day. He proactively liaised with the local council to ensure all the work was properly documented and fully compliant with building regulations. When the council surveyor came to inspect the work, they were highly complimentary about the quality of the work and the speed it has been carried out. I only wish that everyone in the building trade was as reliable and hardworking as this company. Many thanks once again!

  Living room re-skim

  I was initially hesitant to hire Jamie because his quote was a little higher than others I received, but once the work was completed, I completely understood why. Instead of just one person working on the room, a team of three worked together, which resulted in incredible attention to detail and an exceptionally smooth finish. The quality is noticeably superior to plastering I’ve had done in the past, where a single tradesman was rushing to wrap up by the end of the day and the finish clearly suffered. In hindsight, it was absolutely worth paying a bit more for such a professional finish! 5 *!

  Amazing work!

  I needed to sand the engineered wood flooring in my house to remove damage suffered following recent construction work. Wayne provided a very reasonable price and was available within a short period of time. He showed up on time, treated the property with a lot of care, worked quickly and left the floor in an almost-as-new condition. I couldn’t be happier with his work and he will be the first person I’ll contact the next time I’ll need help with my flooring repairs or installation. Thank you!

  Boiler repair

  Ryan worked until 10pm to investigate an issue with a combi boiler. He meticulously went through the installation steps, plumbing, pressure, gas supply until he identified the problem. He contacted the manufacturer who promptly arrived the next morning to replace the faulty part free of charge.

  Bathroom renovation

  Ryan worked with my limited budget to renovate a bathroom from top to bottom, including plastering, electrical works, levelling the floor, tiling, fitting a new bath, towel rails, toilet, vanity unit and mirror cabinet. I was struggling to find tradesmen to work on these separately, Ryan just used his extensive network of reliable and skilled people to complete the job on time to a very high standard. I’m very happy with the results, thank you for the whole team!

  Cracked garden brick wall

  Shaun has done a great job fixing the cracks that have developed in my garden brick wall, just in time before the autumn/winter rains and cold. He worked quickly and even fixed additional cracks for free which were not seen/quoted for when he originally came around to survey what needed to be done. He's a friendly guy, cleaned up after the work was done and advised on what to look out for in case the wall would develop further problems in the future. Thanks again!

  Combi boiler with Nest smart heating

  Ryan replaced my old non-working system boiler with a combi boiler, including setting up a Nest thermostat. He’s not pushy and felt he was great at explaining what options I could choose from and what would work best. Price was great also, especially considering that unlike some of the engineers working for big name companies, he takes his time to get everything done correctly. He left the house clean and has good banter so was nice to have him around for company too. Thanks again for the great work! 10/10
