  Minar is extremely professional and made himself available to carry out an initial job on the day the boiler broke down. He then replaced the circulating pump the following day and disposed of the old one. I could not be more satisfied with the job he carried out and will be calling him in the future for other jobs that may be required.

  They agreed to meet to provide me with a quote for a job that had to be carried out urgently. I do not live yet in the property and not even in the area which for them was actually local. Didn't show up (after having confirmed the night before) and ignored my calls when I tried to reach them. Never bothered calling back to apologise. They are a complete waste of time and I warn anybody out there if they are thinking of putting their trust in them. In a way I am glad they never showed up. They would have been completely unreliable. Shameful.
