  Disappointing outcome

  All was well or so we thought, a new flat roof and two repairs to tiles and membrane, with a 7 year guarantee !! only a week after finishing the new ceiling and decorating the room another leak has appeared, upon checking we can see that the new tiles have all dropped creating a large hole in the roof Tried messaging and calling for the last 36 hours with no reply to either voice mails, texts or emails Now having to pay for another roofer to come and fix, hopefully before the ceiling collapses, leaving us with another £1000’s or work to get the took liveable I hate writing the reviews.
