  Kitchen tap replacement

  Mohamed was extremely helpful and very responsive. The entire process from initial contact all the way to job completion was smooth and painless. I put him into contact with my letting agent and he took it from there, without me having to be involved. The charge was reasonable, too. Many thanks!

  Toilet leaking after flushing

  Texted Bobby regarding the issue with the toilet that has been leaking small amount of water after each flush. Bobby replied promptly and came to the house, as promised, to have a look the next day. He was able to identify the issue and fixed it then and there. For someone with challenging diary entries each week, Bobby is definitely the kind of tradesman that I need - reliable, good at what he does and deals with things promptly and professionally. Highly recommended!

  double glazing windows and door realignment

  Excellent communication from start to end, really good timekeeping and turn up as booked. Hassle-free, which is essential to someone who already has loads on the plate every day. The work completed with a 1-year warranty, hopefully no need for that.

  Best window and door tradesmen I have used

  I found Accurate Glass on Checkatrade a couple of years ago for steamy windows in my old house before the sale and have been using them since. Maxine and Barry are the type of tradesmen that I respect, who are honest, hardworking with excellent time keeping, very considerate and always charge a very reasonable price. Lucky to have them around whenever we need their help. Very highly recommended.

  Electricity cut-off to kitchen appliances.

  Curry' s Know-how Team somehow messed it up after they tried to fix the electric oven, with electricity supply to other kitchen appliances cut-off and could not switch it back on from the panel. Contacted Michael and explained the issue to him plus the fact that I had two young children at home. Michael went extra miles to make sure that he visit early next morning and fixed the issue quickly. Would recommend Michael and his service, who has got the right skills and, more importantly, is willing to help.

  Replacement of broken kitchen tap.

  The kitchen tap broke and I had to turn off the water supply to the entire house completely, as the tap broke when the tap was turned on. My wife and 6-year old son were coming back from holiday and it would be unimaginable if the water had to be turned on and off all the time. I phoned Byron, who went extra miles by helping me decide the kind of tap I wanted. He came on the day and roughly at the time as he promised. The job was done fairly quickly. The job itself was not complicated, but the way he dealt with it from the moment I phoned him definitely exceeded my expectation.
