  Missed appointment, did not contact me. I sent text and left voice mail, no response. I got through on 2 Feb, apparently a job over-ran. Made second appointment 8 am on 4 Feb. Having prepared the house, got a text at 8.02am saying another job over ran, and he was now too busy to do the work. Now we are three weeks with no hot water, and nobody to do it. Disgraceful, how do they stay in business.
