  Floor titling - Fixed work done poorly by other tradesman

  Kamel did a great job fixing our titled floor which had been cracking where the original installer had failed to properly underlay the titles. It was a tough job and even had to do remedial work to floor joists that was completely unexpected. Kamel completed the work to a high standard and was more than fair on the additional charge for the unexpected work which was significant. The work site which was a lived in space was kept very clean and liveable throughout the work. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Kamel to anyone looking for a tradesman and would certainly use him again in the futur

  Realigned guttering

  Realigned guttering to enhance water flow to stop pooling at a low point. Removed and refitted with a couple of hours, so far so good (not rained again yet)

  Changed barrel in a Yale lock

  Very professional and quick. Actually charged us less than quoted because he was able to fix the issue rather than do a full replacement.
