  Very flexible, polite, came at times agreed. Fittings were too small for the holes and they swapped and came back. They fitted reducing rings to give good finish.

  Matt was organised and professional, kept in touch and turned up when he said he would. The tiles look great. He knew what he was doing and how it all should be done well. He checked out the specification from fired earth and completed them with the recommended sealant. Fair price for the work done.
