  Fixed Storm Drain

  Many thanks to Rapid Response who did a detailed survey of the problem drain before giving a full breakdown of the quote they gave. They turned up promptly on the day with a friendly team, and got straight to work. They kept me informed throughout the day, and showed me any problems with their camera tool. There are some further problems with root ingress down the line as well, but they didn't put pressure on me to commit to any further works and explained it didn't need to be fixed immediately. Finished off the job neatly and very happy with works. Would call them again.

  Short Notice EICR

  Were a bit delayed, but turned up on the day they said they would and did the safety check at very short notice. This has given me great peace of mind when two other electricians let me down. Knowledgeable and friendly, took great care to explain everything to me. Would use them again. Many thanks.

  Two blocked Drains

  Turned up promptly at the time arranged, got on with the job and got it done very quickly. I had two drains blocked, they had to dig one out from all the plant debris that had built up, but both were working again by the end. They even used a camera and found one was totally fine, but the other that was on a different part of the system had been damaged by the cypress the previous owner had foolishly planted next to the house. Even with the damage they got both drains working again regardless, so will use them when it comes to removing the cypress and replacing the drains in the winter. Ty

  Uncapping Gas and Checking Heating

  Northern Gas had unfortunately had to cap off our gas because Electricians were working in the house at the time they were called out, so they couldn't test my boiler at the time and capped the gas as a precaution. Tony came out quickly once the electricians were done and made sure everything was safe, bled the radiators as well because they hadn't been used a while during the renovations. Friendly and knowledgeable, got our gas safe certificate sorted quickly. Very glad we'll have heating in time for winter again, would recommend.

  Was really nervous at first because they gave a quote that was a lot lower than anyone else's quote, but decided to go for it because this house is a massive project and I really needed that extra cash. They turned up on time, were very friendly, explained and walked me through anything I needed to check on, checked with me if they needed to do something unexpected. They went only a day over the projected time, but this was to fix parts of a 1890's building. Very tidy. Love how the new windows and door look. Updated the single pane to double glazing, kept old wood surrounds, I'm very happy.
