  window handle / window

  we had a window handle fitted, when we moved in there wasnt a handle and the window was stuck open, rob came round and fixed it all for us, such a great person and great prices

  replaced and installed gas fire

  we bought a house 3 months ago that came with a gas fire that had been disconnected, so we wanted to have a look see if all works etc but when he came he advised us the fire was not in good condition and that we would need to replace it, he sourced us a reconditioned gas fire, serviced it and installed it, he explained everything well, very friendly, very helpful, and really helped us, I will definitely be using him again for anything else we need.

  Gutter problem

  We had a split in the gutter which leaked out water, and top style roofing came out and did an excellent job replacing it also some pointing that needed doing, they happily did it all for us, We're so happy with the work thank you very much also he was such a nice happy person and great to speak too

  New door mechanism/gearbox, lock and handles

  Absolutely fantastic service. After coming down to a front door that wouldn't unlock this morning we found Local Locksmith on checkatrade. When I first spoke to Rob he told me exactly what was wrong with my lock, arranged a time convenient for me. Arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy. The work was completed perfectly. He went above and beyond and I will definitely use his company again 😊
