  A Very nice man Tyron assessed the problem very quickly and was very honest in his opinion as ithe problem wasn't the lock but the handle, he returned two days later with a new handle and sorted the problem. He is a very nice respectful friendly and polite man who returned a couple of days later when we had a problem with said lock not his problem. Would highly recommend and would use again.
