  Replacement of cracked glass

  Wayne came around a couple days after I accepted his quote to measure up. He said the glass would get ordered over the weekend and he'd book in the replacement on Monday, once he knew when it would be ready. We arranged for him to come Thursday afternoon (today) and then yesterday he asked if I was available in the morning instead. So Wayne came this morning with a colleague and the two of them and switched the glass out in just 8 minutes! Great service. Good comms too. Wayne kept me updated throughout. I would definitely recommend his services to others.
