  Barney at AllFine identified the problem, quoted on the spot, and carried out the work the next day. It involved tile removal, refelting, leadwork and pointing, new battens, and tile replacement. He had a team of six working all day and kept me informed at every stage. Paperwork followed promptly. A quick, efficient and professional response. I'm a very satisfied customer.
