  I would not want to use any others for these tasks. More local guys never match them!

  This is a general comment providing excellent feedback for a group that I have chosen to use in my home garden for many years. I know various members of all the Sparsholt trained arboriculturists (if that is the right term) that work with Jack at JTTS. Without fail they are very well trained; but would they not be having Sparsholt qualifications? Importantly they are a joy to have working within your home garden; being polite, service minded, certainly fit and able, diligent but energetic, having well serviced and appropriate kit and never failing to give over 100% customer service.

  Timber porch herringbone pattern brick infill panels using lime mortar

  Matt and his team were available as their job had been moved forward. They took over this interesting herringbone brick infill task as I had been 'let down' by yet another irritating delay conjured up by another bricklayer. They arrived soon after our discussions/agreement. Despite the rain at times, they work competently and effectively together aiming to help complete my newly installed timber porch on my old cottage as soon as possible. They do not waste time and arrive as stated. Now 45% complete, we are hopeful of an early finish.

  Disconnect my 'dead aged Tricity cooker.

  Kieron responded quickly to my request; did not mess about with too many emails/sms etc and can as planned. He even offered to take away the offending item! But better it is recycled as planned. I am so thrilled that it is now disconnected and pleased to meet Kieron Walsh. Am happy to consider using him again if I need an electrician. Thank you so much.

  Tree and hedge services in large rural garden. Advice and pruning of old apple tree and overgrown hedges.

  Two of Jacks team worked consistently and effectively over 5 hours today to complete a considerable amout of quality tree and hedge services. Left garden well cleared up by shredding clippings and tidying well, as ever. All their services show quality and professionalism. Known JTTS over some years and happy to promote their excellence, skill and knowledge. Thank you; always good to have these guys working in my greatly loved garden.

  Hedge and tree trimming; ivy removal in tree and remove all pruning as recycling

  4 hours of intensive professional tree work. Used Jack and his team several times before and would thoroughly recommend. The are well-trained (Sparshalt College) guys with the right attitude to hard work and high quality achievements. Always good to have them working in your garden though some excellent kit can be a little noisy. However splendid guys who deserve much genuine praise. Well done and come back again aoon.

  Fell 1 large Beech tree to stump and top 2 old Leylandii to help neighbours.

  Great young guys who arrive on time (or early even!), are not frightened of working hard but safely using well prepared/maintained equipment to get the jobs done with least fuss and mess. Good recommendation for Sparsholt College training and of worthy tidy and expert tradesmen. Prefer to use them rather than others, for sure.

  Urgent call out to fix running ball valve from loft cold water tank.

  Having used BDJ Plumbing successfully several times had no qualms in call out. He responded as soon as possible and determined a part 2 version was required although existing had seemingly replaced the original. Fitted speedily with immediate success and simple fair cost. No further problems result and ever thankful of such great service and support.

  Reposition 3 oak posts to original joints inserted below to take structure of old cottage finished with pegged tenon joints at existing headers; remove 1980's ceramic tiles in part of kitchen and replace throughout with handmade Gault clay brick pamments embedded on limecrete and finish with new kickboards and endstops.

  Work done mostly by Les alongside Richard to complete work in oldest part of a listed cottage. For Conservation/suitability reasons with discussion, I sourced 3 oak posts and breathable brick flooring working with team to achieve excellent finish opening up kitchen. Met snag so replaced damaged sink cupboard, increasing worktop height to replace w/m beneath which Richard accommodated quickly and effectively. Les always keen to achieve high customer satisfaction listening to my advice/support while keeping animals happy despite much dust and some noise. Splendid result ready for next phase.

  Shred own heavy prunings and clear others for recycling.

  I have experienced Jack' s team and their excellent work before so had no qualms in calling them to remove my piles of prunings. I expected the work to take maybe less then two hours but it was all done very effectively in 45 minutes and very little sweepings left behind. Cash was requested and paid immediately. Looking forward to Jack and his team coming to do some other tree services in autumn 2016 as per quote and once cleared by another company. Many thanks for speedy response to my request for help.
