  Rushed, lacked attention to detail, no integrity

  I chose Mark because he appeared to have good attention to detail as well as good reviews here. Having felt really pleased with his work on the whole, I did feel he rushed things on the last day and therefore left a few things that could be improved. When I questioned these he made me feel like I was nagging and I’m sure if he’d given it another half a day we both would have been happier. Despite Mark saying he would come back to put things right he never has. Messy edging, clearly only one coat on some walls, decking paint already coming off only two months later. Very very disappointed.

  Karim carried out his works efficiently and effectively, and was super responsive when I had questions. I absolutely recommend him for all types of heating and plumbing work
