  Aerial problems

  For context my elderly in-laws had been sitting at home with no TV for the past 48hrs. Mark arrived as planned, identified the problem rapidly and resolved the issue. Excellent service and communication throughout. And from a personal point. Mark, thank you for helping us out at short notice - I now have happy in-laws. I would strongly recommend Mark to family and friends.

  Window fitting

  I cannot thank David enough for helping us out. Our original window fitter was unable to complete the job due to personal reasons. After advertising the job on Checkatrade we received much interest albeit some quotes were very wild. However, David was very engaging and offered a competitive quote. He arrived on time, completed the job and cleared up after himself. The windows with astral bars look amazing - he also realigned and sealed another window for me. I would definitely use him again (number stored in phone) and will strongly recommend him to family and friends.

  Dialogue with Ian was very easy and non-technical. Arrived on time as planned, and he conducted his inspection professionally and tidily. Once he completed his work he explained the next steps process. I would certainly use him again and recommend to friends and family.

  What an absolute gentleman. I found Neil on Checkatrade and cannot fault his workmanship or professionalism. His quote was extremely competitive in comparison to other tradesmen. I would seriously consider giving him a call before committing elsewhere. Punctual throughout, he quickly gained our trust and respect, so much so I asked for his advice on various DIY challenges. We are currently in the process of renovating our home and I have already asked Neil to give me quotes on various areas that need attention and we will be using him again. I would strongly recommend Neil to anyone.
