  Had an instant call following the posting of the job. Though the gentleman was on another job he was very clear in when he would be available to carry out the works. I posted a picture of the issue in order for him to collect a part He arrived at the agreed time, clean, tidy and well mannered and also left the area very clean and tidy

  The response time was almost immediate when I posted the job. The gentleman who I spoke to on the telephone was polite, helpful and clearly stated what was included and the price. On the day they arrived promptly, organised, polite and helpful and just got on with the job at hand. They also provided photo evidence of the potential reason for the blockage, which they quoted separately in order to prevent this happening again. I would fully recommend them in the future
