  I needed two medium carpets cleaning.

  i had 2 small/medium sized carpets that were in desperate need, I was almost sure I'd have to get new carpets. There was unrecognisable and unknown debris and liquid that had been smeared and trodden into both carpets, he hit it with a double spray and did not charge myself extra, he really went to work on the carpets too- as I said I was sure I was going to have to get rid of them but sure enough hed gotten all almost all the stains out, the carpets were puffy and almost good as new except for a few spots which couldn't be helped, also quick and cleanly service with good conversation

  I needed a new lock fitting on my front door.

  I had a brilliant experience, you don't get many kind hearted people that do good gestures these days, I got a free extra lock in my time of need and had a quick conversation and sympathetic ear within this tradesman. The work was completed within 10minutes and he did not leave a mess, highly recommend. Also very polite.
