  Steve was extremely helpful dealing with a difficult blocked drain that had been improperly installed and had limited access. He arrived very quickly after an emergency call out, was very professional and tried many different approaches before managing to sort it in the end.

  Fixing radiator that fell off and damaged wall

  Gabriel and his partner helped us with a radiator that was badly mounted by the original builders and had started falling off the wall. I couldn't have asked for more - their workmanship was of a high standard, they were pleasant and polite and took time to explain the cause of the issue. They went through the process of cutting open the wall, mounting supports, fitting a new plasterboard in, replastering, repainting it and remounting the radiator, while taking care of all materials and cleanup along the way. It was clear that they cared about their craft. Very happy to work with them again.
