  New electrical sockets

  We’ve used Josh twice now and have been really impressed both times. He recently came to add some new electrical sockets and was very reliable – confirming the appointment the day before and arriving as promised. He worked hard throughout the job and even found and fixed a fault we didn’t know we had in our new house. We’re very grateful and will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. We’ll be using him again without hesitation!

  Kieran messaged and offered to do come out to see us. We called and arranged a day for him to come. My partner and I had the day off work and waited in the house all day. We text him in the morning to see if he was able to give us any kind of slot. He didn’t arrive or message us all day and has never been in touch since. We wasted the whole day waiting for nothing. Not impressed.
