  Substandard work

  Trader turned up without the basic tools for the job. Took a pipe bender from my property to bend all pipes instead of using proper joints & solder. He cut a pipe off at floor level to fudge in a bent pipe using an unsuitable connector & flooded bedroom. Didn't secure pipework. Pipework is misaligned, touching floor & in wrong place. complaint checkatrade & trading standards. Trader continues to ask for £400 after complaint made, which is also more than agreed. An independent engineer has described the work as poor & not carried out with skill or care.

  Contacted us quickly, came the same day to do a quote. He used his drone to check the roof & showed me what needed repairing. Came the following day to undertake the repairs and price was as quoted. Nice guys.
