  Recurrent leak in flat roof

  Ryan responded quickly and attended on the same day. He was honest with his assessment and what he has done so far seems to work. Also offered to reassess if the leak didn’t stop. Happy so far and highly recommended.

  Leak repair (flat roof and chimney area)

  M&J was one of two trades who responded to my ad on Checkatrade and came to assess and quote. The job was to stop a slow leak on my flat roof where there is also a chimney around the area. They were more attentive (spotted the additional issue with cracked tiles in another area of the roof). Their quotation was also the more reasonable of the two. Their availability was good, and job was completed within 10 days of the quotation. They provided a lot of photos of the work completed and everything looks good. Easy to communicate with and very tidy. Fingers crossed this stops the leak!

  Repointing for 3 walls of a detached house. One wall was 2 levels and the others were single level.

  Excellent discussion initially regarding work plan and recommendation for the type of pointing. Work completed to high standard as agreed. Completion was ahead of schedule too. All wastes were disposed of. Very courteous and answered all queries promptly. Would highly recommend.
