  So initially the contractor was quite responsive and interacted well. Gave a list of the job needs doing and requested aa quote. Gave property details and since then have not been in contact one. Thought they were not interested in the job. Re-advertise and was contacted again. Told them it was the same job - didnt bother replying....what a waste of time and unprofessional. Could easily have said sorry not interest or atleast responded!
