  The crew turned up early, which was fine with me. They did exactly what I wanted (cutting off a long tree branch, high off the ground), quickly and at the price agreed (which was the lowest of those I had been quoted). They removed the fallen branch. There was a very small amount of debris left behind, but nothing that wouldn't fit in the green bin. They left without fuss or - as sometimes happens - touting for other work. I would DEFINITELY use them again.
