  Waste of Time for us

  Tom turned up to quote, we wanted to go ahead with the quote/works but then Tom said he was to busy to do the job even though we offered to wait and said we was not in any rush to have the works carried out yet Tom seemingly just didn't want to do the job for some unknown reason to us so it felt like a complete waste of time as we had to travel for 4 hours to meet him on-site due to travel.

  Fault Finding on a overloaded circuit wire to a Economy 7 Heater offpeak + exchanging a plug socket.

  Booked in this electrician to go to a Tenanted Property to find a fault on a Economy 7 heater and wire as the fuse spur had completely burnt out and safety for tenant life was now a concern and it was stressed to the electrician that this was the case and that the wire may of been overloaded or have an issue as nothing was working, yet the electrician ignored this and just changed over the burnt out Fuse Spur and left without testing or bothering to change the sparking plug socket either. Needles to say that this is a potentially grave safety issue exhibiting negligence of safety to say the least.
