  I wish I’d never answered their call

  Initially very impressed; received a phone call from Will straight away, and a tradesman turned up later that day. Replaced two radiator valves and tightened a third with a view to hopefully rectifying a daily drop in pressure from our boiler. The guy was very pleasant and knew what he was talking about. As he left we noticed a leak from the radiator which had been worked-on. The boiler also continues to have the same problem. Was told that it might take another week and another £140 cash to have that leak sorted. No mention of the boiler either. Feel completely ripped-off. Avoid

  Professional from start to finish. I sent an enquiry yesterday morning and he’s completed the jobs already, including an extra issue too. Great comms, polite, punctual and a brilliant price. I would definitely recommend Brandon to anybody!

  Amazing work carried out at my property; sent a message, Richard was there the next day to see what I was after and within a week I had a kitchen fitted! The work was carried out by John and is absolutely brilliant. Can’t stop looking at it! Would definitely recommend to anybody!

  Colin is a great guy; really friendly, approachable and definitely knows his stuff. From start to finish I knew exactly what, when, why, where and how everything was happening and what’s needs doing in future. Professional service throughout the job and the final bill matched the quote too (a very fair price for the amount of graft, material and kit required). I definitely recommend Colin to anybody else for work like this!

  Dave was absolutely fantastic, rang me back within an hour of requesting a quote. Gave a time and date later that day; and within 72 hours it was all done (quickly and to an extremely high standard). Honest and fair pricing from the start and it’s actually worked out cheaper too. Great communication throughout, nice guy and I would highly recommend to anybody. Really happy with everything!

  Melvyn and James worked extremely hard despite the weather being horrendous. Fantastic communication before, during and after the job. Turned up to have a look at the job within a couple of days of my email and had a fully inclusive, accurate quote almost immediately after that. Great quote too! Really nice guy and a great worker. Takes care in his trade and the finished product is fantastic, would definitely recommend!

  Connor has been fantastic. The work was carried out quicker, earlier and for a lower price than we had thought. Communication was brilliant and he was extremely reliable, fair and honest. The quality of the work was great too. Really cannot fault the guy and the job he did this morning. Would happily recommend to anybody based on our experience; already planning on getting him back again for more jobs too. Very approachable and friendly guy who grafts until the job’s done.

  Brilliant bloke providing a great, honest and fair service. Really nice guy, great communication from start to finish and worked tirelessly until the work was done. Always looked at the best way to save us money without cutting corners. Absolute perfectionist and would totally recommend and will be definitely using again in future.

  Both fantastic lads. Instant and constant communication, reliable and friendly (which was a relief after being let down by other companies several times)! Sorted everything we needed and more, even saved us some money. Really would recommend to anybody and will definitely use again. Total professionalism throughout and everything explained in simple, honest terms. Fantastic business and great service.
