  The old fence was removed and a new one built and extended to cover an area of the garden that had not been fenced before. In addition, they also cleared and removed an old shed from the garden which I had listed separately but as registered waste clearance it meant that both parts were completed in the one day. They sorted the contents and tidied up as they went. The new fence was constructed neatly and they were always courteous and professional throughout. They returned immediately when an issue with a gate was identified and rectified it to the same high standard without complaint.

  New bathroom

  Arrived on time & kept me informed throughout. I am really pleased with the look & feel of the bathroom. Some of the tiling was subcontracted out they were tidy & courteous throughout. There was a problem with the toilet cistern after installation which he replaced as soon as it occurred. The only negative is the ceiling is not properly painted with plaster showing & slight damage to the edge of the sink but still usable & only really noticeable when cleaning. Very responsive when a leak occurred he returned, found & fixed the cause of the leak that day.

  Ceiling Lights, switches, sockets and outside light

  Kevin was always polite and professional. Provided the quote when he said he would having visited to talk through what was required. Kept me informed throughout including keeping an eye on the weather forecasts to plan to carry out the outside work on a dry day. Everything was left neat and tidy, delivered to quote. Any holes left by previous equipment were filled, wires were boxed and everything was left as if they had not been here working in different parts of the house.
