  Communication was great. A clear quote provided at very competitive pricing. Responses were prompt and polite. Elly texted the day prior to confirm all was still ok and asked if they were ok to arrive at 9am. They arrived 20 minutes early to beat the morning traffic and got straight to work. They were respectful of my home, were super careful when moving items and didn't seem phased by anything. Their packing was superb and disassembly and assembly expertly done. Fantastic experience. Would definitely use again. Their calm energy steadied what would have been a lot more stressful!
