  Kitchen tiling and conservatory floor tiling

  Jackson and his team did a great job on the kitchen splashback tiling and the floor tiling in the small lean-to conservatory. They were hard-working and conscientious, and made sure the job was completed in good time to a high standard. They were able to work with handmade tiles for the kitchen splashback. For the lean-to flooring they used a specific pattern I had in mind. All the work was as quoted. Very happy with the result and would happily hire them again. Highly recommended!

  Immersion heater problem identified

  Gavin was quick to identify the problem. He is efficient and explains the problem clearly. We have used Pinnacle plumbing before and would again. Highly recommended!

  Hot bath tap repaired, hot and cold valves replaced.

  Our hot tap for our bath wasn't working well, the water only drizzled out. Gavin identified the valves needed to turn off the water to enable him to carry out the work, but we had them for many decades so neither of them would open or close fully. He replaced the valves and fixed the tap proficiently, and in good time. Gavin was efficient, trustworthy, helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend him and would use him again.
