  TV aerial

  The company got back to me within minutes of my job being advertised. An appointment was made to check the aerial which was kept and the engineer arrived on time. The problem was diagnosed successfully and the aerial amplifier was replaced. Their engineer was very friendly and efficient.

  Unblocking down-pipe from gutter

  I contacted Checkatrade for for a quote and was contacted within 24 hours by Mako Home improvements. I supplied photographs and received a quote the next day. Fortunately there was a break during a long period of rainy weather which enable the blockage to be cleared very quickly and efficiently. Service was prompt, very polite and cost effective. I have already recommended Mako Home Improvements to one of my neighbors.

  Replace toilet flush handle and connection to siphon flushing system

  Within a few hours of advertising my need for help Arlind telephoned me and arranged to call the next day. On arrival I was given an estimate for the work to rectify the problem which I accepted and a replacement mechanism was installed immediately.

  Pruning and cutting back trees and shrubs

  The team pruned trees and cut back surrounding shrubs. This was quite a substantial undertaking especially as there was no external access to the back garden and everything had to be brought through the house. All the work was completed very efficiently and to a very high standard, which included installing and removing full protection throughout the utility room, kitchen, and hall. At the end of the day everything was left neat and tidy. I was very impressed.

  Remove old fence and dismantle pergola. Replace with new fence.

  Over the 3 days it took for the work to be completed, David always arrived on time each morning and left the garden neat and tidy at the end of the day. Both I and my neighbours are delighted with the new fence. We can definitely recommend Willow Garden Services.

  Removing 3 squirrels from loft in roof.

  Excellent service, friendly and professional. Bearing in mind eradicating these squirrels involved 2 visits, one being on a Saturday afternoon with a follow-up on the following Thursday the charge for this work was very reasonable.
