  The installation of two new fence posts to rehang a garden gate and panel the rest of the gap was not as simple as expected. For both posts there were underground obstacles. Tom's men informed me of both as they arose and they tackled the problems patiently and courteously. Their priority was to do the job to a high standard

  To replace a toilet

  Max quoted to repair based on images, before seeing the toilet. After assessing the situation he agreed with another plumber that the toilet did need to be replaced. He worked politely and explained the change of plan and increase in cost. The new toilet is well fitted
