  tearing down ceiling and removing insulation then returning to put new ceiling & plaster

  very friendly manager rang during and after job to ask if I was happy any problems waited a week as due to damp. called twice in-between checking following Friday manager and workman came did a wonderful job. very professional very friendly. went out of their way.
