  Cleaning of lounge carpet

  Our lounge carpet was very heavily stained from wear and food spillage. Dawid arrived promptly, explained what he would do, and cleaned the carpet so well that all the stains disappeared. A really excellent job. We will definitely use him again.

  Fitting two bedroom windows

  Excellent workmanship. The two windows were fitted and finished very neatly. Installer attended on time and cleared up all mess after he had finished. Also, very pleasant people to deal with.

  New spark plugs and coils

  Car (Mark 1 BMW) was misfiring and Ray correctly diagnosed that it needed new plugs and coils. Ray carried out the work very promptly and to the estimate that he originally provided. Car now running perfectly. Very good job.

  Engine repairs

  Ray very carefully analysed the work required and fitted a new pump plus all the ancillary work to successfully repair the BMW engine. A clear explanation from Ray showed that he had carried out a thorough repair and the car was running perfectly.

  Boiler service

  Alex arrived on time and clearly explained what he was going to do. He then carried out the boiler service explaining things as he went along, showing me what he was doing. At the end of the service he showed me the various meter readings and how these related to the acceptable limits. He confirmed the boiler was working perfectly. Throughout the visit he was courteous and efficient and cleared everything away when he had finished. A very professional service.

  Supply and fit lower ball joint.

  Lower ball joint replaced in a very short time and to the agreed estimate. Very satisfied with the work. Also replaced a headlight bulb and gave useful feedback on the reason the bulb had blown due to ingress of water. Fixed the problem and gave good advice about future remedy.

  Repaired faulty windscreen washer.

  Spent 1 hour dismantling washer mechanism and fixing leaking joints in plastic reservoir. Washer now works perfectly on windscreen and headlamps.
