  Cancelled Twice Due to Shifting Demands

  Very poor experience. Initially agreed on £120 for the full job, but the day before, the tradesperson demanded over £500 for service, repair, and parts. I cancelled, then rebooked thinking it was a misunderstanding—this time supplying my own part and agreeing to £150 for fitting. Despite sending full original part details, he refused to check compatibility and insisted on payment even if it didn’t fit. Worse, he wouldn’t guarantee his own workmanship. I cancelled again. If a tradesperson won’t stand by their work, they’re not someone I’d trust. Avoid.
