  Small patch of burnt kitchen laminate work surface

  Really great company to deal with. Sam the technician was pleasant and polite did a great job and a nice touch from John the following day to make sure I was happy. Price was very reasonable and they were able to fit me in the following day, result. This has saved me replacing 6 metres of worktop which would have cost me thousands of pounds.   Kevin explained the issues and how to resolve the problem. Easy to deal with, very professional and arrived promptly. Cleared all debris on completion. He was unfortunately fully booked but due to the urgency he kindly came out on a Sunday to ensure the jobs were finished.

  From start to finish Jimmy kept me completely informed of costs. Jimmy was kind enough to work all day Sunday with his crew to stop the water causing any further damage. I am so grateful for his professionalism, his courtesy and fair pricing. Every thing was left completely clean and tidy and the roof looks great. I would have no hesitation in recommending his company and a special thanks to Squirrel who painted a part of the wall that we could not reach at no extra cost.

  New Combi Boiler

  Craig is extremely professional and certainly goes above and beyond the call of duty. Purchased a house and the boiler decided to pack up. Craig gave up his Saturday to fit a new boiler for me to ensure I had hot water and heating. After a routine check of the pipes he noticed a very tiny weep, going from gravity fed to mains increases the pressure and rather than leave it he changed the pipes. It was lucky he did it showed a fracture in the pipe which would have just got worse and burst, I could have been flooded. I am so very grateful to him and would highly recommend him.   Stunning finish to the bathroom and toilet. The bathroom/toilet walls were in a horrid state, it did not faze him in the slightest, he used cement boards to create a secure and true surface for an amazing finish to the tiling. He was always courteous, extremely professional and very tidy. I will be using this company again and have no hesitation in recommending his work. With my kindest thanks for a superb job.

  New Boiler and associated plumbing

  Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. They re-sited an old boiler from the toilet and installed a new boiler in the kitchen, 2 new toilets and re-positioned and replaced a sink with all new pipework. Absolutely nothing was an effort to them. Unforeseen minor issues were resolved effortlessly. These guys were courteous, super professional and a real credit to their company. A massive thanks to Craig, Sam and Nick. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. I do not believe anyone would be disappointed with the quality, price or professionalism. Thank you.
