  Inspection chamber fitted

  We required an inspection chamber built in our garden to gain access to our foul waste pipes in the future and for installation of non return valves. Ashley was prompt to contact me and understand the issue. He and his colleague were friendly and professional throughout the work, they were prompt to arrive and carried out a thorough job to high quality. Would recommend them and use them for future drain work.

  Oven repair/ fitting new one

  Vladimir came to inspect our hoover electric oven which had stopped working (no display, wouldnt heat up). He was quick to contact me and easy to chat to to explain the problem. Very quick at coming round and assessing the problem. He showed me what was wrong and explained the problem. The oven needed replacing and he gave advice on what to buy/ not to buy - he explained my options very well. Came back after the weekend to fit the new oven, no problems. Great price, kind and courteous. Would recommend and use again - thank you! :)

  Great service, would recommend - Rising damp treatment and woodworm treatment

  Ben and colleagues offered a great service from start to finish. He was always on time, friendly and courteous (answering all our questions whenever we had them) and sent updates and pictures of the work being carried out to keep us informed. The damp treatment work was completed to a high standard and the house was left tidy. The work took longer than first expected but this was down to discovering further work that needed doing and Ben prioritised finishing this job rather than fitting us around any other bookings he might have had. I would recommend him and use his services again
