  Lay concrete base for greenhouse and replace fence post & 2 panels

  John gave me really good advice from the outset. He provided a written price and we agreed a start date. He and Peter arrived promptly at 0830 and started by protecting our driveway and the garden areas they’d have to walk on with heavy duty matting. By the end of the day they’d installed an excellent base for my new greenhouse and replaced a rotten fence post and two panels. John wouldn’t accept payment for the base until it’s been down a few days. They were meticulous about cleaning up afterwards and left the site clean & tidy. Excellent workmanship and a pleasure to deal with! Thanks

  Karl listened to what we wanted from the outset and he gave good advice without being pushy. His work and his attention to details has been excellent with nothing being too much trouble - all at a very reasonable price. We used our own preferred electricians for the electrical work and Karl happily worked with them to get the job. He was always very polite and respectful of our property and thoroughly professional. We would have him back to do work for us anytime and will be recommending TLC Bathrooms to friends and family.

  From our first contact with RLM everyone was so courteous, professional and helpful. The initial survey and pricing was carried out promptly followed by the technical survey after we had accepted their quote which was simple to follow but sufficiently detailed. There was no hard sell at all. Richie and Shaun arrived punctually on each day of the installation and were meticulous about protecting our floors and furniture with dust sheets. They kept us informed throughout and left us with a comprehensive handover pack. Exceptional customer care - thank you!

  First Class Job!

  Mike tiled new splash backs in our kitchen and utility rooms and he did a fabulous job. He was professional from the start and his quote was very reasonable. A pleasure to have in our home as he was always cheerful and singing! We will definitely use him again when we have any other tiling jobs that need doing.

  Install digital aerial for Humax Aura box.

  Geoff and the guys turned up promptly and very quickly diagnosed the problems we were having with the existing aerial feeding our Humax Aura Freeview box causing picture breakups and other issues. They were very professional and courteous and even took the trouble to put on shoe covers whenever they came in from outside. We would highly recommend Acusat for any TV aerial work.

  Repair faulty multiple door mechanisms. Modify composite front door lock to ‘slam shut’.

  Richard converted our front door to ‘slam shut’, replaced handles on dining/conservatory patio doors and repaired the locking mechanism on the conservatory/garden patio doors. A really good job and at a very reasonable price. Would recommend Locked Solid anytime!

  Replace 2 Bay windows, 1 standard window and build a new porch with hipped roof

  RLM were very professional throughout this job which took place over a couple of sessions. Everyone was extremely courteous and considerate and Ricky kept us informed throughout the process. David, Sean and Carl were a pleasure to have on site as were the bricklayers who built the porch walls. When we either rang or called into the showroom, the ladies there were always cheerful and efficient. If they promised to call us back they always did - a rare thing with some companies! We are very happy to recommend RLM Windows
