  Sonny was incredibly quick to respond to our request for a fix to our faulty immersion heater. He made space for us the same day the request was put out to ensure that we weren’t without hot water for any longer than we had to be. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Sonny is very knowledgable and respectful of space, leaving everything exactly as it was before he arrived.
