  Excellent service

  I needed a hazelnut tree in my back garden cut back quite drastically. I chose Arborline because they provided the best quote, which was very reasonable for the work undertaken. There was a good line of communication whenever I had any questions prior to the work. Arborline gave me a specific day and time, fortunately I was working from home, so it turned out to be convenient. On the day, due to adverse weather, they came a little later but let me know. I was really pleased with their work. They were courteous and helpful, efficient & professional performing the work to a high standard.

  The light cord had stopped working in the bathroom, so I was left without a bathroom light.

  Garry was the first tradesman to contact me about the job. I was worried nobody would be interested in such a small job. I arranged with Garry to do the job on my working from home day. He was in contact regularly once we'd arranged to do the job. He arrived promptly and did the job promptly but efficiently. Garry explained he'd fixed a more substantial light cord, which had been the cause of the problem. I would recommend this tradesman and wouldn't hesitate to use him again if necessary.

  Faulty bathroom light

  The tradesman(Nikos) was extremely helpful. He was one of the first to contact me when I contacted Checkatrade. He kept in communication to let me know what was happening and when he would be able to do the job. He came on time, had a look at what needed doing and was professional, prompt and courteous. The job took 30 minutes at most, the price was reasonable and he offered to get rid of the old fittings. I would have no problem recommending or using Nikos again.

  Bathroom light and cord

  Nikos was the first to contact me about the job, so I was impressed by his promptness for a start, Some jobs are considered too small and this is something I was worried about but Nikos never gave this impression, he asked me for further details s he knew exactly what the job entailed. He gave me a day and approximate time that was convenient for both of us and a price for the work. He kept me informed and arrived on time. He completed the work to a high standard and quickly and was knowledgeable and friendly. He tidied up and kept to the price he'd given, I would highly recommend him.
