  Good work, corrected issues found after, lack of any guarantee of work done after verbal agreement

  Had work done by John and his team. I had battens and felting replaced as required due to older trade felting having perished over time, they worked effectively and corrected an issue identified after the fit. Verbally it was agreed that I would receive guarantee documentation regarding 10 years of cover, which was never delivered/sent/emailed at all even after chasing. Seems like they are still trading on companies house.

  Kaz is a hard worker with a pragmatic approach to the task at hand. We were able to discuss the proposed work delivery in the assess/quoting stage. He made the job easy to understand and managed expectations accordingly. He delivered on time to task, as expected.

  Capped off clean uPVC soffits and facias including guttering, clean and tidy. Professional tradesmen, cracked on no fuss. Able to work from ladders on the fronts and back of the property effectively, scaffold for high apex required all costed up.
