  Excellent service from start to finish. Quick quote, reasonably priced, and the work was carried out efficiently to a high standard. Communication was great throughout — clear, prompt, and professional. Michael also provided reassurance and support in the event of any further difficulties, which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

  Quick to quote but cancelled twice & then unable to attend

  Whilst initial comms and visit to quote was prompt and efficient, arrangements made for plumber to attend a flat we let mid tenancy. Initially told it was "double time" after 4pm, so took time off work. Upon arriving at the flat on time, I was told the works vehicle had a blow out on the A1 and no spare, so unable to attend. Alternative arrangements were made the following week after 4pm and on the day, we were told plumber had an accident, in hospital & as a small business they are now unable to fulfil the work because no-one else available. This had implications for us and new tenant.
