  Problem analysed and fixed

  We had a leak through the roof of our extension two months ago. Brett examined the problem, provided a quote and carried out the work. The problem has not reappeared (fingers firmly crossed for the future) despite several periods of heavy rain.

  Repainting and replacing mock Tudor cladding, some general maintenance

  Brett and his crew were professional throughout, responsive to questions, and appear, from my limited knowledge of building work, to have done a good work. Pointed out potential future work that needed doing, but was not pushy in trying tp get more work.

  Pull cord light switch in bath room no longer working, was replaced
