  Plastering. Didn't turn up, no refund given, little to no communication, going small claims court

  We are to take Shaine to small claims court for our £2,000 back, for work that was never started. Shaine did not turn up, said he had family issues. We were understanding. We delayed the work a 1.5 weeks to accommodate. Shaine still never turned up. We could no longer wait. Shaine agreed to refund us 3 weeks ago. Over 20 texts, a number of e-mails and unanswered missed calls, we still have not received the refund Shaine agreed to pay. This has cost us money, time and a lot of stress. Extremely saddened by what took place here. Shaine has been very difficult to deal with and non-responsive.
