  Window replacement

  Stephen replaced two windows today. He arrived at the agreed time and started work immediately. One of the windows was very old, with a rotted frame, which took some time to remove. Stephen needed to get more materials to complete the job and told us how long this would take. Once the job was complete Stephen tidied everything away and took the waste away. The cost of the job was very competitive and Stephen kept in touch before the job started. I would thoroughly recommend him to do a good job.

  Painting stonework and window sills prior to getting front of house rendered

  ManaSolutions were courteous and even contacted us when they were slightly delayed coming to give us a quote. One man completed the job in a couple of days, staying late to complete the job on the last day. They used good quality Sandtex exterior paint. Their quote for the job was very competitive.

  Repair of upper bay window

  Damaged lintel on upper bay window resulted in movement of mullion into an unsafe position. After the mullion was returned to the correct position it was bolted to the lintel to prevent further movement. Other elements of the bay were sealed. The team were great. The work was completed in a single day. Once the work was finished the team tidied the area removing any dust and debris
